Jim Lillig affiliate marketing video
Some people knock Jim Lillig beause he used to be in the online ‘adult’ industry (with a hugely successful site called Mr Skin), but he’s one of my all time favorite online business people.
I first met him in a cigar bar in Washington during Yanik Silvers Underground conference a couple of years ago. I was eating a fantastic cheeseburger and downing a few beers when he turned up and joined us and immediately started joking around and making us all laugh. He’s a really funny guy and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to making money online.
We met up a couple of times during the conference, and earlier this year, when I flew to Washington again, we went out for dinner a couple of times. And I mainly listened while he talked about affiliate marketing at breakneck speed.
Anyhow, I just came across this video where he has some interesting stuff to say about affiliate marketing.
One interesting thing he talks about is finding the page where most people leave your site and putting an affiliate link in their way. A percentage of people will follow that link and buy.
