It’s an online tool which lets you build a Wordpress theme to match the look of your website. Just about all you have to do is upload the html of your site template, and the images used in the site design.
Then it costs you $10 to turn the code into a Wordpress theme.

You can create, edit and preview your theme for free, and only pay if it looks right and you decide to download it.
