Dominate the first page of Google with Google 1st

google 1st

This is a look at Michael Green’s search engine ranking product called Google 1st, which is a ‘toolkit’ showing you how to replicate Michael’s amazing search engine rankings success, where he frequently grabs nearly all the spots on the front page of Google and the other search engines by following well planned Web 2.0 strategies.

The image above looks like a fantasy but it’s not. Michael can frequently grab nearly every place on page one of Google for his chosen keyword phrase.

They don’t all link to the same site, of course, because Google wouldn’t do that and doesn’t list sites that way,but they are all sites that Michael controls. In Google 1st he teaches you the exact steps to duplicate this search engine success.

So what do I think of it?

Short answer:  Google 1st is expensive but well worth it. Excellent tutorials, and very good value when you consider all the free traffic the advice is going to bring you, especially when you think that you can blow the cost of it in one day on buying ads on Google :)

Long answer:

There’s been a lot written about the Google-1st Toolkit over the past few weeks – a product that was only launched on June 1st, but had plenty of advance orders taken for it.

Personally, even though I could have cashed in as an affiliate, I’ve held back from writing about it because I hadn’t seen the product so I couldn’t give you a valued opinion.

Anyhow I can tell you about it now because I got it a couple of days ago. And I’ve got to say straight-up that I’m very impressed by the both advice and the lack of b/s and hype inside it.

The main book is heading towards 200 pages of detailed how-to info. And I know straightaway, even without doing anything with it yet, that by following the detailed action steps you’re going to get your sites ranked a lot higher, and hence make more of that lovely paper that we get from banks.

So what is Google 1st?

Well it’s a new toolkit, from the well known entrepreneur Michael Green who is a successful business man both online and offline. While most of us selling on the Internet online do business online, I’d hazard a guess that Michael earns most of his fortune offline running his printing companies.

In other words he’s not one of these Internet hype merchants who I always tend to think of as the online version of a pimp or a seedy used car dealer selling a rust bucket.

_____________

Note: My friends and myself are not included in the above paragraph :) I’m talking about the one’s who put up fake pictures of their sports cars and massive houses and give me the feeling that they’d auction off their grandmother if they could get a few dollars for her. You know the type I mean.

_____________
As the name implies, Google 1st is a system that can reliably, regularly, and quickly (within hours to a few weeks depending on the keyword phrase you’re targeting) get your web sites on the front page of Google’s search results for popular keyword phrases.

It’s a big claim to make, but Michael using the exact same methods detailed in Google 1st, proves himself by showing us examples of his own rankings.

For one popular three word phrase relating to his offline business, a phrase which returns over 30,000 competing web pages, Michael has most of the top 10 positions in Google. Including the top 7 :) In fact the only listing that doesn’t link to one of his own sites is position number 8.

And get this – for the main keyword for his offline business (a keyword which has over 9 million competing web pages) Michael’s business is at number 1, 3 and 5 on the front page of Google.

______________________________

So the big question is how does he do it (and do it consistently) ?

No, actually the big question is how can YOU replicate what Michael does?

Well sorry, but as you’ve probably guessed, I can’t tell you the exact steps and techniques because it’s a confidential part of the toolkit, but also because it’s too involved and needs explaining in detail.

It’s not complicated, it’s not hard to do for yourself, but it is beyond the scope of this newsletter to explain even a fraction of it.

What I can say ( at least I hope I can, without upsetting Michael by revealing too much) is that you will achieve your rankings by utilizing various Web 2.0 properties (amongst other methods). Simple to create videos also come into the equation.

It’s not just web 2.0 techniques though – because these tend to rank well and then disappear – but a combination of  both short and long term techniques which interact to produce the excellent rankings.

So Google 1st actually puts together a number of different approaches into a single easy-to-follow strategy.

Michael recommends targeting keyword phrases with around 100k results and a difficulty of not more than 70%.

And also by not going for single or even two word phrases -  though as his examples prove number one positioning for anything is not impossible. So we’re looking at slightly long tail phrases here (though not overlong obscure ones which won’t bring you much traffic even if you completely fill the first page of every search engine).

Example: you wouldn’t try and use Google 1st to get to number one for the word shoes.

With work  though it could get you to the top for “walking shoes”, and with much less work “waterproof walking shoes”

Note: I just made that up as an example, and I haven’t used my new favorite keyword tool to check the difficulty level of those phrases – but it’s short phrases you should be aiming at not single words.

So what you do is target a series of medium difficulty keyword phrases, each of which are good in their own right and bring you good traffic, and then due to the linking structure provided by the toolkit, you can (and should) end up with one or two very good Google result placements for single or double keywords.

That’s how Michael got to number 1, 3 and 5 on Google for his main keyword (from nowhere previously), as I wrote higher up.

In other words, the collective work you do to get semi long tail phrases ranked high, often leads to ranking high on seriously competitive keywords with millions of search results.

As you can see I’m impressed by Google 1st, and it’s going to change the way I approach my SEO work.

Especially as it’s all squeaky clean white hat and there’s nothing you will do to upset Google and get your sites banned.

I went to the site, but the loud music on auotplay made me back out of the site immediately.

I’m a little iffy about spending £150+ for a product when the author’s form of proof is a blurred picture of his google listings. That isn’t real proof to me.

I also don’t like the fact that there isn’t a 100% money back guarantee.
